Our sessions are typically available for booking about 8 weeks in advance.

We’re sorry to hear that you're having trouble redeeming your voucher code(s). Here are a few tips that might help:

One Voucher Code Per Booking Process
Only one voucher code can be used per booking process. If you want to use multiple vouchers for different sessions, you’ll need to complete the booking process separately for each one.

Ensure the Voucher Matches the Session
Please note that vouchers are only valid within their specific category. We have different vouchers for Beginner (First-timer, Rookie, Kid Sessions), A-Frame (Progressive-Expert), and our Point Break. Make sure to select the appropriate voucher for the session you’re booking.

Too Many Attempts During Booking
If you’ve tried to use a voucher code multiple times during the booking process (e.g., attempting to book an A-Frame session with a Beginner voucher or using multiple codes in one booking), the code may be temporarily blocked for about 45 minutes for security reasons. Please wait this period out, and your voucher code will be usable again.

Switching Browsers or Devices
In some cases, switching to a different browser or booking on a PC or laptop instead of a mobile device has resolved the issue.

Extra Spaces at the End
When copying your voucher code, extra spaces at the end can sometimes be included. Make sure there are no extra spaces, as they can cause the code to be invalid or not recognized by the system.

You can book your sessions online and pay via credit card (Master Card, Visa and JCB), Google Pay or Apple Pay. 

28+ days before your session:

You can cancel your session free of charge or transfer it to somebody else. If you are unable to attend your booked session, please contact our Customer Service at [email protected].

We will help you find a suitable solution.

Up to 7 days before your session:

With a medical certificate, the session can be rescheduled or transferred to another person due to illness or injury.

To do so, please contact our Customer Service at [email protected]. We will help you find a suitable solution.

0-6 days before your session:

• Same Day Rescheduling: It is not possible to cancel or reschedule your session to another day. If there is availability in an alternative session of the same price category on the day of your originally booked session, we can change your session free of charge. To arrange this, please contact our Customer Service at [email protected] no later than one day before your session.
• Transfer of the session to another person: If you are unable to attend the session and/or cannot find available spots for an alternative session on the same day, we can transfer your session to a substitute person of your choice. Please note that they will need to have an account with us. Member sessions can only be transferred between members. To arrange this, please contact our Customer Service at [email protected] no later than one day before your session.

The surf sessions purchased in the packages can already be used in our booking calendar. The presale vouchers can be redeemed from the official opening.  

You can redeem the surf sessions included in your presale package until the end of June 2026.
The regular vouchers and packages are valid for 2 years.

For a regular surfing experience we recommend our session packages. The O₂ SURFTOWN MUC Membership gives you exclusive access to the cheapest session packages, which include 50 or 25 surf sessions. By choosing these packages you can save money on surfing and also receive various additional benefits and discounts. Please note that annual passes are not available.

The Membership offers you exclusive access to packages with the highest price advantages. It also provides a 10% discount on all surf sessions in A-Frame mode for surf levels Progressive to Pro, as well as coaching experiences. As a member, you will have access to regular exclusive member sessions and a 50% discount on surf rental. Additionally, you will receive a €50 voucher for the SURFTOWN Shop (minimum purchase value of EUR 150,-). You will also have earlier access to limited items from our SURFTOWN Merchandise Collection. With your personal RFID Member-Wristband, you get year-round access to the O₂ SURFTOWN MUC outdoor area (excluding paid events) and can gift one beginner session per year to friends or family members. Finally, as a member, you are invited to the annual member event.

At our check-in desk, you can ask for free capacities in our sessions. If there are still spots available, you can book them on site with your own device. However, in order to secure your spot in your desired session, we recommend booking further in advance via our booking calendar on the website.

If you want to experience our wave pool with your friends, colleagues, your club or other like-minded people, you can book the wave pool or individual surf zones exclusively.

Our presale vouchers are not personalized and transferable to anyone.
The sessions purchased in our presale packages aren't transferable and must be adressed to the person who will use it. However, you are welcome to purchase packages for friends or family.  You can specify who you would like to use the package in the booking process. 

The packages from the presale can only be redeemed for the Beginner and A-Frame modes. For the Point Break, we will offer separate packages.
