Our Customer Service team is here for you Monday through Friday. For urgent matters, you can reach us by phone between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM, and again from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Please note that we are unavailable on weekends and public holidays. Would you like to reschedule your session to another time on the day of booking or transfer it to someone else?
