Our vouchers are specific to their respective categories: Beginner (First-Timer, Rookie, Kids Sessions), A-Frame (Progressive, Intermediate, Advanced and Expert), and Pointbreak (Intermediate, Advanced and Expert). Unfortunately, upgrading a voucher to a higher price category is not possible.

However, our vouchers are not tied to a specific person and are valid for two years. If you don’t want to use your voucher yourself, you can simply pass it on to someone else.

No worries! If you forget or lose your wristband, you can easily pick up a new one at our check-in desk.
If you’ve already loaded sessions onto your wristband, please contact our customer support team at [email protected], and they’ll assist you with resolving the issue.

You can easily add your sessions onto your wristband and join your session without needing to go to the Check-In desk.

Here’s how it works:

1. Select the session you want and proceed to the booking overview.
2. Click on “Load Wristband” at the top of the page.
3. In the dropdown menu, select your wristband’s WTP number by clicking on the corresponding field. If you have multiple WTP numbers in your profile, please contact our customer service via [email protected]

Once done, your session will be saved directly on your wristband, making it hassle-free to participate!

Already booked a session online? Great news! On the same day, you can grab any additional session with a massive 40% discount—whether it’s before or after your original booking.

Our sessions and vouchers are only redeemable/valid for the respective mode. It is not possible to upgrade the session or voucher to another price category (Beginner, A-Frame, Pointbreak).

Our sessions can usually be booked about 8 weeks in advance.

Please note: Due to scheduled maintenance, the release of sessions for February and March 2025 in our booking calendar will be slightly delayed. The booking calendar is always up to date.

We’re sorry to hear that you're having trouble redeeming your voucher code(s). Here are a few tips that might help:

One Voucher Code Per Booking Process
Only one voucher code can be used per booking process. If you want to use multiple vouchers for different sessions, you’ll need to complete the booking process separately for each one.

Ensure the Voucher Matches the Session
Please note that vouchers are only valid within their specific category. We have different vouchers for Beginner (First-timer, Rookie, Kid Sessions), A-Frame (Progressive-Expert), and our Point Break. Make sure to select the appropriate voucher for the session you’re booking.

Too Many Attempts During Booking
If you’ve tried to use a voucher code multiple times during the booking process (e.g., attempting to book an A-Frame session with a Beginner voucher or using multiple codes in one booking), the code may be temporarily blocked for about 45 minutes for security reasons. Please wait this period out, and your voucher code will be usable again.

Switching Browsers or Devices
In some cases, switching to a different browser or booking on a PC or laptop instead of a mobile device has resolved the issue.

Extra Spaces at the End
When copying your voucher code, extra spaces at the end can sometimes be included. Make sure there are no extra spaces, as they can cause the code to be invalid or not recognized by the system.

You can pay online via credit card (Master Card, Visa and JCB, American Express), Google Pay or Apple Pay. 

28+ days before your session:

You can cancel your session free of charge or transfer it to somebody else. If you are unable to attend your booked session, please contact our Customer Service at [email protected].

We will help you find a suitable solution.

Up to 7 days before your session:

With a medical certificate, the session can be rescheduled or transferred to another person due to illness or injury.

To do so, please contact our Customer Service at [email protected]. We will help you find a suitable solution.

0-6 days before your session:

• Same Day Rescheduling: It is not possible to cancel or reschedule your session to another day. If there is availability in an alternative session of the same price category on the day of your originally booked session, we can change your session free of charge. To arrange this, please contact our Customer Service at [email protected] no later than one day before your session.
• Transfer of the session to another person: If you are unable to attend the session and/or cannot find available spots for an alternative session on the same day, we can transfer your session to a substitute person of your choice. Please note that they will need to have an account with us. Member sessions can only be transferred between members. To arrange this, please contact our Customer Service at [email protected] no later than one day before your session.

Please note: Our Customer Service is unfortunately unavailable on weekends. However, Same Day Rescheduling or Transfer of the session to another person can still be done on-site at our check-in during the weekend. 

You can redeem the surf sessions included in your presale package until the end of June 2026.
The vouchers and packages are valid for 2 years.

For a regular surfing experience we recommend our session packages. The O₂ SURFTOWN MUC Membership gives you exclusive access to the cheapest session packages, which include 50 or 25 surf sessions. By choosing these packages you can save money on surfing and also receive various additional benefits and discounts. Please note that annual passes are not available.

Our membership 2025 offers you the following benefits:

Depending on capacity, you can also book sessions with us on site. If there are still slots available, you can also book yourself into a session of your choice spontaneously at check-in or via your own device.

We have a special offer for the winter season:
Secure a 40% discount on every additional surfsession you buy on site on top of a session already booked online on the same day.

If you want to experience our wave pool with your friends, colleagues, your club or other like-minded people, you can book the wave pool or individual surf zones exclusively.

Our vouchers are not personalized and transferable to anyone.
The sessions purchased in our packages aren't transferable and must be adressed to the person who will use it. However, you are welcome to purchase packages for friends or family.  You can specify who you would like to use the package in the booking process.
